Kellie martin is an American actress in television, film and stage performer. Her most famous parts include Christy Huddleston (Christy) in the period drama Christy", Rebecca Thatcher (Life Goes On) in Life Goes On; and Lucy Knight ("ER") in the medical drama ER". In addition, she is well-known as the lead in"The Hailey Dean Mystery television series. Martin's acting career started when she was just 7 when an aunt, a former nanny who cared her children Michael Landon, helped secure an appearance as a guest in 1982's 'Father Murphy.' Following her graduation of Yale University, she took acting more seriously, and eventually landed substantial roles, both on the smaller and big screen.
