Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in America. The most well-known of her roles is Skyler White in the AMC show Breaking Bad, for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014. Both awards were for Outstanding Supporting Actress in Drama Series. Apart from her role as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward as well, she was a part of The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. The actress fell in love with acting in the Preparatory school, after which she moved to Ohio together with her family during the mid-70s. She was a student at Northwestern University to study theatre and also attended the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the theater in the Chicago area for a few years before trying her luck in TV and film roles. Anna's first role of note was Arden as she appeared in Down the Shore. She made an appearance in 29 episodes. Following her appearance as a Guest In a number of TV Shows as well as films, like Seinfeld and NYPD Blue in the 1990's and was later cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. In 2000, she was given the role of Deadwood playing Martha Bullock for two full seasons. In 2008, she was in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in the year 2008. Also, she starred in the Deadwood film and Sully. Gunn performed on stage in order to star in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. Gunn also appeared in the show Numbered Days, a show comprised of four audio dramas. Breaking Bad is often built around the relationship between Walter White and Skyler, his spouse. Skyler. Their relationship is strained and ultimate demise mirror the tragedy of Walter White.
